The Ricoh GEN4 MH2420 printhead is suitable for a range of aqueous, solvent and UV printers. This printhead has an integrated heater and thermistor. This is Ricoh original printhead and it is covered by a manufacturer warranty. This cable including the connector is 44 cm long. The version with short cable has been discontinued. The long cable version is used as an alternative. The printhead comes with hose barb ink inlet that can be removed in. case o-ring sealed ink inlet are required. This printhead corresponds to Ricoh part numbers N220792W, N220792S, 
Ricoh GEN4L 15PL Printhead (Hose barb)-MH2620
Ricoh GEN4L 15PL Printhead (Hose barb)-MH2620 is suitable for a range of oil, water, solvent and UV printers, including the original D.Gen Teleios Grande, D.Gen Teleios (TJ-2600) and Teleios (TJ-3333). This printhead has an integrated heater and thermistor. This is Ricoh original printhead and it is covered by a manufacturer warranty.
This printhead is not compatible with the newer D.Gen Teleios Grande G5 or Teleios Grande/H6. These printers use Ricoh GEN5 Printhead Water (PPHRI18045).
This head comes with hose barbs. The hose barbs can be removed if printhead with o-rings is needed. We recommend to change the head cables when installing a new printhead.
Droplet enlargement
This head is capable of jetting a variety of ink types in large droplet sizes. Please choose from two models to suit your application: Multi-drop 15-45pl (MH2620) or 27-54 pl (MH2820)
Heated operation up to 80ºC
The built-in heater heats the ink to up to 80ºC for jetting, providing support for high-viscosity inks.
Variable drop volume capability
The multi-drop capability allows the creation of a range of drop sizes enabling grey-scale printing.
Excellent durability and extended service life
Ricoh inkjet print heads are made of stainless steel. These heads are highly robust and offer excellent anti-corrosion properties for multiple inks, resulting in excellent durability and extended service life.
Support for different inks
With its built-in heater, these heads are capable of jetting high-viscosity inks. Additionally, the ink path is isolated from the actuator (piezo elements) , i.e. no ink contact.
